Payment, shipping & returns
In our webshop, you can pay securely via iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact, and Cartes Bancaires.
When shipping or delivering items, we reuse as much packaging as possible. Therefore, you may receive your purchase in a used (shipping) box. Your purchase will remain special and original!
We ship your package with PostNL: you will receive a tracking code so you can track your order. If your order is over €60, we will cover the shipping costs to an address in the Netherlands. In-store pickup is also possible!
Delivery - Do you live in Haarlem or the surrounding area? We can deliver your order in Haarlem, Velserbroek, Bloemendaal, Aerdenhout, Heemstede, Bentveld, Overveen, Santpoort, and Spaarndam. Time to be determined in consultation! The cost is €7.
Want to return your purchase? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We only accept undamaged and unused items, unless otherwise agreed. If we have had the item custom-made for you or if the item is on sale, returns are unfortunately not possible.
Register your return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with the reason for the return and your account number for a refund. You will receive a confirmation from us with a return code. Please ensure you have a track & trace code for returns!
Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the amount due (minus any shipping costs). Please note: we do not accept returns that have not been registered in advance and within 30 days.
