Our Products

We sell products that are handcrafted and/or unique in shape and color. This also means that the same products may vary slightly from one another. Furthermore, the image of the product may differ slightly from the product you receive. We do our best to minimize significant differences within a single order.

Ordering through glazing.shop

Your order through our webshop www.glazing.shop constitutes a purchase agreement between you and Glazuur aardewerk, whereby you agree to our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to change the prices on the website at any time: we are not liable for any consequences of price changes.

In the webshop, we indicate whether an item is in stock. If this is unexpectedly not the case, we will contact you as soon as possible. In that case, you can choose another product from our selection or cancel your order, with any payments refunded within 14 days.

Payment

Your order is completed with a secure payment via our webshop through Ideal, Mastercard, VISA, Bancontact or Cartes Bancaires. You will then receive an order confirmation and delivery information at the email address you provided. If something went wrong or the information is incorrect, please let us know immediately!

Pickup, Shipping & Returns

You can pick up your order during store opening hours. If your order is shipped, we will ship it via PostNL. We deliver in Haarlem and other designated locations.

1. After payment, you will receive an overview of your order by email. Please check that the delivery address is correct; if not, please let us know immediately. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrectly provided address.

2. We carefully package your order for shipment. If anything does go wrong during shipping, please contact us immediately. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by third parties, including shipping services (such as PostNL) and recipients.

3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know immediately. We only accept undamaged and unused items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Please notify us of your return by email within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for the return and your bank account number for the refund. You will receive a confirmation from us with a return code. After receiving the return, we will refund the amount owed within 14 days.

Please note: we do not accept returns that have not been registered in advance or within 30 days! You are responsible for properly packaging your return shipment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed. To avoid any misunderstandings, always send us the track & trace of your shipment. Glazuur aardewerk is not responsible for returns that have not arrived or are damaged.
